Returns & Exchanges

At YourFaceSocks, every pair is made especially for you — featuring the faces (and smiles!) you choose.
That’s why we want your experience to be as personal and smooth as your new socks.

Personalized Socks

All our custom socks are made to order, printed with the photos or designs you upload.
Because these are unique creations made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

We will, however, happily replace your order if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Non-Personalized Socks

If you purchased non-custom (blank) socks, you can return them within 14 calendar days of delivery.
They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of an error or defective product.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@yourfacesocks.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We’ll send you the return instructions right away.

Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
